Email info@vectoradvisors.com. Include the device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Never email passwords or payment-card details.
Research questions
Each material research row should include a dated SEC source. If a source link or CSV export is missing, tell us the ticker, page, and filing date so we can investigate the exact record.
Access help
Version 1.0 is free to download and use. There is no subscription, purchase, or paywall. If access fails, contact support with the device type and app version.

Before contacting support
- Confirm you have an internet connection and reopen the app.
- The public app does not require an account or access code. For a stale page, reopen the workspace rather than repeatedly retrying an export.
- For a research discrepancy, use the cited SEC accession as the controlling source reference.
Do not send confidential client information. Support requests should identify the product issue without including nonpublic deal, customer, payment, or credential data.
